Welcome to Ifuna CGHS Ltd (Unesco Apartments), a Cooperative Group Housing Society at Plot No. 55, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi 110092. The Society was Registered on 9th September 1971 and the Apartments in the complex were allotted on 9th March 1990. The society features 252 flats across four towers (G+7 floors).

We prioritize sustainability with 130KW Solar Rooftop Plant, alongwith four rainwater harvesting pits  striving to minimize electricity expenditure for common areas and augment ground water levels. We have also been awarded a “Zero Waste To Landfill” Certification from the MCD for converting  entire wet waste of the Society into fertilizer. The Society boasts of  one of the best green area and garden in the vicinity and was awarded  2nd prize by Indraprastha Horticulture Society in the year 2024.
